SHORT TERM RENTAL LEASE Corporate accounts welcomed. This is a non smoking unit. High Speed Wireless Internet access in the apartment, Swimming pool and lobby area. Pets- not allowed. Renters and visitors - must register with the security guard. For Sleeping, no more than 2 people may occupy the apartment. Shirt and shoes are required in the lobby area. Laundry room facilities with coin operated washers and dryers are located in the 2nd floor. The washer and dryer cost is $1.50 each (quarters only) Parking -Safe underground parking with remote control, security camera, assigned space for renter's only. Swimming Pool - Children under 12 cannot be left unsupervised in the swimming pool area. Food, glass, or alcohol items are not permitted in the pool area. Rules are posted by the swimming pool area. Foot bath or shower before entering the pool or building. ______________________ PAYMENTS: To reserve your dates you must return the signed Lease with a copy of driver license or valid photo ID and damage/reservation deposit of $200 to OWNER/AGENT. Payments will not be accepted without signed lease and therefore will result in an unconfirmed reservation. Total rental rate includes rent, cleaning fees, tourism tax. An advanced payment equal to 100% of the total rental rate is required sixty (60) days prior to arrival, unless an installment plan has been agreed upon by Agent and renter. Within the sixty (60) day reservation period, payment in full is required. Certificate checks, money orders, and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment. CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY: A cancellation must be in writing and acknowledged by AGENT. Any cancellation received sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date will be subject to a full refund of prepaid rent plus damage/reservation deposit less a cancellation fee of $100.00. Any cancellation received within sixty (60) days of the arrival date forfeit the damage/reservation deposit and 50% of prepaid rent. Any cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay received within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit 100% of prepaid rent. Full refund of security/damage deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded if AGENT is able to re-rent the property for your original stay dates. See short term lease more details .
